| Do we need an appointment?
No, but if you require the services of a particular agent, you may want to call
ahead to see when that particular agent is gone to lunch. Otherwise,
feel free to show up anytime!

Not one dime. We are happy to review all your current polices for free.

Then we'll be happy to switch you to another company. We work for you, not the companies. We'll do whatever it takes to keep you satisfied.

At renewal time. You may incur a financial penalty by a cancelling a policy
before the term is over.
